Aging gracefully: Wilderness Trail’s new rick house puts bourbon in its ‘proper’ place

Wilderness Trail Distillery hit a milestone recently by moving its stock of bourbon filled barrels into the facility’s newly constructed rick house. Despite the snowstorm in early March, founders Shane Baker and Pat Heist couldn’t wait to move their barrels home to the distillery’s new facility, located on a 21-acre lot at 4095 Lebanon Road.
